What’s going on??
Everything was quite satisfactory after the initial mess up of being sent to a room where the key wouldn’t open the door and there was a "do not disturb" hangtag. Was someone already booked in that room? Never found out, just had to go back to front desk and get another room assignment. Was it a check-in error or is the cleaning staff renting out rooms too??? It would have been nice to have some kind of explanation. When arriving at 10:00 at night after driving all day, you don’t want to be going back and forth to the front desk.

Amazing staff
What we will remember from our stay was that we were treated extraordinarily well by a friendly staff who exceeded expectations to make sure we had everything we needed.
