Not the best night I’ve had
I had to travel to Kirkwood on business and this hotel was recommended because it was close to the location that I needed to arrive at the following morning. When I arrived at the hotel the lobby smelled as if someone had just lit a pack of cigarettes and left them burning, an overwhelming smoke smell. When I initially entered to room I thought that it was ok, until I went to wash my face in the bathroom. There was something stuck to the inside of the sink that was unrecognizable along with pieces of hair.......There were also hairs in the shower. Neither of which belonged to me. Needless to say, I was too tired to complain because I had just driven four hours, it was late and I knew that I had an early morning so I slept with most of my clothes on, on top of the covers not knowing what else might have been partially cleaned. If ever there is a need for me to visit Kirkwood again, I will not be going back to this hotel.

Nice and laid back!
The front desk personnel were very helpful and accommodating and they went beyond the call of duty. We would stay there again!
