A true Dump
This place is falling apart.... I am not too picky, but this place was awful..... took 30 minutes to check in.... this hotel is ill-equipped to deal with reservations made on hotels.com The hotel clerk told me that these type of check-in problems occur "75% of the time when people use 3rd party providers". I have stayed at other super 8’s, so I know what to expect, but this place was a true dump, even with lowered expectations.

Great location - Great service
We stayed 2 nights and every hotel staffer was marvelous. The rooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was easy to find and we parked literally 15 feet away from our room.

Needs lots of improvement
The outside of the hotel is a mess. It looks like it is falling down. The inside hallways smell like the air freshner is masking a terrible odor. The rooms are in great need of improvement in all areas. Rugs are ripped and have cigarette burns. The toilet had stains that were never cleaned properly. It was the only hotel that had vacancies and now I know why. If there is another hotel with a vacancy, pay the higher price and go there. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. I would not go back for free.
