Welcoming and comfortable
Stayed for about 6 days - the welcome and service was fantastic - very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable, clean, great bed and huge TV! The only negative point is that It’s a long way from Downtown - I used the bus which was an experience... taxis expensive - a shuttle bus would have been very very useful. B

Highly impressed
We had one of the best stays ever at the Hyatt Place Primacy Park. The hotel was clean and truely smoke free. The staff was very friendly and extra accomodating no matter what our needs were.I ordered food from the hotel menu and it was excellent. We would have been more than happy to spend the entire weekend at the hotel. I almost forgot to mention the flat panel hi-def tv that had an excellent picture and more channels than I’ve ever seen available at a hotel. We truely can’t wait to go back.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
The hotel did an excellent job of setting up the flat panel tv for hooking up dvd players, camcorders and other devices so if your traveling with kids and want to keep them occupied in the room, plugging in other video devices will never be easier.
