Convenient & Clean
This is a great hotel as it is just far away from downtown Austin to be convenient. There are several local eating establishments and shopping centers that make this a great business professional’s palce to stay. I think their rates are fair (maybe a bit high) but the staff is always friendly and accomodating. I stay here on all of my Ausitn trips.

Dave & Buster’s just 5 minutes up the Mopac Expressway. Good food and a huge bar for watching sports.

Absolutely Horrible!
This hotel was simply AWFUL. Waited at the desk to check in for over 15 minutes before someone came to help me. The hotel halls, elevator, lobby, room were filthy. The elevator and hall floors were covered with a sticky liquid that was not cleaned up in the 12+ hours I was staying in the hotel. The entire experience was unacceptable. I would never stay in this hotel again, and would definitely NOT recommend it to anyone else.

Just Ok
If you don’t mind highway noise in the evening or the sound of splashing from the pool in the morning then this hotel might be for you. I booked two rooms and based upon the noise, sleep was nearly impossible for myself and my guests. If you want to solve this dilemma, turn up the AC--the loud hum will drown out the exterior noises. To make the stay more interesting, the bathroom was not entirely clean. There were remnants of a prior guest’s hair left on the floor between the corner of the bathtub and wall. Actually, the fun part of the stay was listening to housekeeping at ten in the morning wondering why guests have not checked out yet through the hotel room door. To further improve the stay of the guests or to get them out quickly, they decided to have a disco hour while they clean. Mind you, check out time is noon. I understand music might make the work easier, but while guests may still be sleeping? Though the price is not as expensive as other hotels, and this may be appealing to your wallet, you will definitely get what you pay for.
