Remove the ’Grand’ from the name
For the price and the prime location, it’s worth staying. Don’t expect more.

VERY NICE HOTEL
This hotel is close to everything and is in a safe area the morning and evening staff were a delight but the person that worked the 3=11 shift was a very arrogant and nasty person people like this shouldnt work with the public

My worst hotel experience!!
When we first got into our room and settled in I noticed the poor quality of the room. Everything needed to be updated especially the carpet. It was so disgusting we wore our flip flops the whole time just to walk around the room. Then we noticed that our door did not lock; you could just walk in without a key. When I called the front desk she was not apologetic at all. She said we could switch rooms but I would have to come down to the lobby. So we pack our things and go to the lobby but while leaving the room we notice a pair of dirty mens sandals under the bed. When we get in the lobby she says absolutely nothing to me just takes my key and gives me another one not even telling me the location of our new room which happened to be right next door to our old one. When we get in there the room quality is just as poor. Later that night when go to take a shower we notice that there is a used face towel hanging on the shower curtain rod. I know the expression you get what you pay for but honestly if that was the case our stay should have been free. Do not stay at this hotel!
