Better beds
Great overall amenities for an extended stay hotel but the most important thing - compared to the other big extended stay hotel chain - is they have better beds and bedding. Very comfy. The single most important overlooked amenity is the bed for me.

Very tough to find in West Omaha. Get a good local map otherwise you’ll be going in circles.

Nice room
Good price, friendly staff, clean room. Amenities were a nice touch. Would stay there again.

Okay comfort and service for the price...
Paid for a "Package" deal with flight and room. For the price I paid, the comfort and service of the hotel was satisfactory. We were attending a wedding in town and the church was just down the street which made it very convenient. However when we arrived there was a notice that the water would be off for several hours the next day.....not the hotels fault though! Location was very quiet on the weekend, and the parking was good. THe kitchenette was very convenient, especially since they did not provide breakfast. Overall we were satisfied with the 3 days there. Not a place to go on a romantic getaway.
Traveller's tip for business travellers
If you need to stay in Omaha for a few days I would recommend this hotel. Located on a deadend, office complex area so there is not a lot of thru traffic. Can use the kitchen to prepare your meals and the free internet worked great, had a good desk/work area in our room. Also free laundry facilites. Quick access to all the local freeways.
