No charm school here!
I booked this hotel for friends who were staying here having moved some stuff to Vienna for me. The hotel receptionist did not have our reservation, complained she would have to get ont he internet to find it (apparently too much trouble) and finally did find it. If you stay here this lady will make it seem like you are a real nuisance and that it is such a pain having guests at her hotel - don’t imagine yu will get a welcome or a smile. The hotel itself is OK but overpriced for its location and rooms

Good hotel and reasonably priced
This was a great place to stay as far as price being very reasonable and the hotel is very well kept & modern. The room was a bit small, but very nice and the breakfast buffet was very good. Not so close to the Center District but convenient enough because the tram stop is right outside of the hotel.
