5 star all the way
we arrived late one evening and was pleasantly supprised with the hotel and staff better than we imagined .even after reading other guests reveiws.restaurants are great with superb food ,not overpriced like some suggest.will definately go back.

try eating at dolphino restaurant located just 100m furter down the beach for wonderful tiger prawns at very reasonable prices

Great hotel, but......
Everyhting about this hotel is great, staff, food, cleanliness etc, my only problem is after you have paid quite a large sum of money to stay in this hotel, they charge you for everything you ask for, of all the hotels i’ve stayed in i’ve never been asked to pay for the use of an Iron and board, also 5 euro for a very small bottle of water, 10 euro for a spirit, i expect to pay a bit extra as it’s 5 star, but it’s ridiculus when you can walk 200m outside the hotel and pay 50c for water and 2 euro for shorts and beer. room service 2 small pizza’s and 1 bottle of house wine 80 Euro. plus the golf course is 51 Euro for 9 holes, other better courses close by are the same price for 18 holes and buggy.to Albufiera is 12 Euro by taxi so not tto bad. my advice stay at the hotel but don’t spend your money there. when i return i will stay at the Rivoli in the Marina, closer to everything and better golf courses.
If you don’t want to move from the hotel, take plenty of money. go to the marina and take a boat trip, very nice day, play golf at the Oceanico Millenium very good course and not too expensive.
