Outstanding
Outstanding. No other word for it. One of the best hotels I have stayed at in the US. Facilities in great condition. Service is excellent. Great attention to detail in everything. Rooms and bathrooms where HUGE. Location is great and very convenient. Quieter part of town in Beverly Hills, yet very close to La Cienega and some of the good restaurants, shopping, and night life. Great pool on the roof with fabulous views of Hollywood hills, etc. The only downside was slow service for breakfast at the pool one morning, and the cost of that breakfast was quite high as considered "room service" because no restaurant up there. Concierge very helpful and connected....got us great last minute reservations in popular restaurants. Pretty good central location for getting around most of the LA area.
Excellent but high end and trendy steak house called STK which is about 5-10 minutes away by car on La Cienega

Mixed reviews but IT WAS AWSOME !!!
Great Location short walk ( or the hotel car service will drive you) to Rodeo Drive .Service at the Hotel was excellent . Rooms we very large with a walk thru closet to the bath .We felt like Rock Stars. I would definately stay at this hotel again.

Excellent staff
All the staff members we encountered at L’Ermitage were extremely considerate and genuine. Being in Beverly Hills we were expecting haughtiness. We loved the hotel and the service all around was top notch.
