Outstanding service
This is a mid price hotel but what it lacks in frills it more than makes up for in customer service. This was our first time in Tennessee and without exception the staff at this hotel exuded the legendary Southern hospitality and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were there for a whole week and that level of service was maintained throughout our stay with the added bonus of a HOT BREAKFAST if that was your choice. We would return and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others
Unless your stay involves travel out of the city, use public transport which is free or very cheap and the operatives are all good humoured and very helpful.

Great Time
I had a great stay there. Great staff, breakfast bar. however no real lobby to sit in. my room had no radio, trash can or bath mat in the tub. The internet is slow but workable. the party room was a joke but we worked with it.
