good hotel and a reasonable price
The hotel was clean and comfortable,maid service was prompt and non intrusive,the continental breakfase was convenient and and adequate. The service and efficiency of the check in/out was very helpful

I have stayed in many a hotel this one was really good. And the ladies at the front counter was AWESOME... They smiled and greeted everyone with respect
Traveller's tip for business travellers
Lived in the Melbourne Area 30 Years moved away 11 years ago this area is building up fast. Being close to I-95 you can get around quicker and there are plenty of places to eat around but not far from shopping and other places to eat

awesome place
Great place to stay! Staff is very helpful and some of them are a lot of fun (especially the hotel owner.) Rooms were clean and well stocked. Nothing went missing, maids came and tidied up. Right next to melbourne’s historic district and all of melbourne’s nightlife, and not far at all from any of the beaches.
