Pleasant stay: quiet and restful
I arrived very late night, early morning, the staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, all accessories were operational, and the bed was very comfortable. All was quiet. I was concerned as I drove through town approaching my location as it looked a little run down and the hotel looked a "older" from the outside but once through the doors the scenery changed greatly. After morning, I determined that most of Melbourne is "older". Overall, a wonderful stay and I would defintiely stay there again.

GREAT VALUE
Every thing you need and even more. In room WI-FI allows internet access at a reasonable speed. Very friendly staff! Definitely would return to this hotel if I needed to be in this area.

Air Conditioner Problem
Skip this hotel. The A/C in my room was so loud that every time it cycled on it would wake me up, and it never cooled the room down. The included breakfast was a joke, with only stale dispenser cereal, packaged energy bars and lukewarm weak coffee.
