Nice Stay Close to the Hospital

Closest hotel to Sacred Heart Hospital, which is great if that’s your destination (mine was). I was disappointed they did away with the breakfast buffet as I didn’t want to take the time to sit and eat in the restaurant. The staff, as always, was very friendly

Great price for a night’s stay

The staff is always expecting me and it’s been a positive experience for me. Getting from the hotel from Westbound 90 can be challenging as you need to exit, make a couple lefts then cross under the highway before you make your final left. Eastbound exit is much easier to access. I like to venture downtown so it’s in a good location to head downtown. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t offer a continental breakfast for free but the food looked good. I will continue to choose this Quality Inn for the future.

Misty Amarena

It was quiet even though close to a busy road and everyone was quite friendly. HOWEVER, I GOT SICK AND ACCIDENTALLY RUINED A TOWEL, when we let the front desk know they told us, "YOU SHOULD HAVE KEPT IT WE WOULD’VE WASHED AND REUSED IT." I don’t know about YOU, but I wouldn’t want to stay somewhere and use a towel someone else got sick all over!

Quality Inn Downtown Spokane - great place to stay!

Check in went quick and easy, and they allowed us to check in early. Room was clean and beds were very comfy. No noise heard in the halls or outside. The lounge onsite had an excellent band playing, and we had a blast in there. The bartender was very nice also. This was an excellent place to stay for a reasonable price. Easy access to downtown and also on and off the freeway. Nice clean pool too. I will stay there again next time I am in Spokane.

Go to Manito Park on The South Hill section. Not too far from this hotel. Huge park with lots of different gardens, and a pond/lake, and a little cafe right there in the park. I will plan on spending an entire day there next time. Free to get in and free parking.

Some wear and tear in hallways. Room smelt like someone had been smoking.

Good stay

Stayed three nights. Checked opinions before hand and even tho we were on the side next to the freeway, didn’t hear much of it at all. Good clean room with good a/c, pretty warm outside. I’d go back and stay again.

Quality Inn , Down town Spokane

I can say that the staff here that I interacted with were extremely accommodating, and pleasant, A+ there. The hotel seemed a little worn to me, and the room could have used a little brightening up.They could move the furniture and clean behind it. That being said, the bed was very comfortable, and I found the small refrigerator and microwave really useful. Freeway side of hotel is a little noisy, I just put in my ear plugs and was able to sleep well. The continental breakfast was nice,although I really don’t like the warm hard boiled eggs that are served, that’s a little weird to me, but everything else was good. I didn’t spend a whole lot of time in my room while I was here, over all I’d say my stay here was OK. It was about what I expected for the price. I spent Three days at the convention center on my trip, and this location was pretty convenient. I could drive there in less than 3 minutes. Weather was rain and snow mixed, if it had been better I probably would have just walked there.

Nice downtown hotel

I stayed here one night to recover from minor surgery at the nearby Deaconess Medical Center. The staff was absolutely fantastic. They kept me supplied with ice to help with swelling, and checked on me to see if I needed anything. The room was clean and very comfortable. My room was opposite the highway and was very quiet. I did not check out the breakfast or any amenities, so I can’t comment on them. The hotel is very conveniently located near the interstate, medical centers, and Division Ave. Overall, my stay was fantastic and I would stay there again, and would especially recommend it for those needing access to the medical centers.

Kind of Gross

I was under the impression that this hotel was closer to the downtown core than it was. My room was made up, but not overly clean or nice - hair in shower, booger on the wall, hair on the lamp, comforter on so that the tag was in my face. The service at the desk was nice, but the woman I worked with was having to do a lot of things at once, so there was a decent amount of waiting.

This hotel is really only ideal for people needing to use the hospital behind it.

Does exactly what it says on the tin

Confortable stay. As somewhere to stop over or just get your head down form the night this does the job exactly. It was clean and tidy, everything seemed to work. Bear in mind that it is next to Interstate 90 and ask for a room at the back.

The people there were great, allways smiling and helpful. We were all very surprised especially for the money. I would definately go back.

great freeway access

EZ to locate, comp breakfast was excellent. Was going to stay on our return back through but price had gone up $15 so stayed in Cour de Lane instead. Only negative was freeway noise was a little loud on west side of building.

Very impressed.......would return for another stay........

We were impressed with the Quality Inn. We booked it as a weekend getaway for a golf tournament. The price was very reasonable on Expedia and I have no complaints whatsoever. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, room was clean and comfortable. We did not eat the breakfast due to our schedule and did not use the pool but everyone in the pool appeared to be enjoying it very much. We would return to this hotel and have already recommended it to some friends going to Spokane in the near future.

The location was central to the Northtown Mall, downtown shopping and the Valley Mall. The staff was great from the front desk to the restaurant.

Nice Hotel - Convenient Location

First time staying at this hotel, great location near the freeway but not noticeable for noise. They have a continental breakfast that was great and they have a pool too. Comfortable bed.

We were very impressed with the quality of this hotel for the money we paid. Friendly staff and a great breakfast were just a couple of the high points!

Great hotel

The hotel was wonderful: staff very helpful, rooms very nice, breakfast buffet worth the trip. Complimentary shuttle was very prompt and most helpful, as was the driver.

Near city and bus depot.

I had a very enjoyable stay. My son ,who I was visiting. and I walked to Riverfront Park and had a great time viewing the Spokane Falls from below the dam and then walking around the beautiful park on the trails. We also road the antique carousel before walking back to the bus depot, also a beauty of a building, where we caught a bus to do a little shopping at Northtown mall. The next day we enjoyed swimming in the well-taken care of pool and dined alfresco by the pool. In all a very nice stay.
