Getting old
I’ve stayed here as a traveller from England for 10 years. The first 7 were fabulous. Then the shine began to fade. The Concourse is clean/friendly BUT no improvements have been made in 10 years. So it appears shabby and that’s a shame. The fitness centre is now no longer staffed so there are no classes and the machines are very old. The rooms, though clean, are aged and the comfortable chair is gone - just a desk to sit at. It’s a pity because the staff are lovely and the food is great. Probably I’ll look elsewhere next year.

Shuttle to Easton for shopping BUT eat at the hotel as Concourse food is fabulous!

It was alright
Not a bad hotel, not a great hotel. It was a hotel. A place to sleep in between doing the important things. It lived up to it’s three star billing.

no one seemed to care.
no water. no mention of the condition at check-in. not good. with brand name hotels located on the same block, no resaon to stay here again!
