It was the most pleasant hotel Ive ever stayed in.
This hotel had everything. We were able to park in a secured garage with an elevator and could take our luggage in and out without the hassle of a bellman( they had one if you wanted) The apt. was beautiful, views spectacular, service very prompt, had a wonderful breakfast with a view of the harbor. The balcony was large enough to really enjoy and it was centrally located so you could walk everywhere. The kitchen was functional and had everything you needed. TVs in each bedroom and a large flat screen in the living room. We hated to leave.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
We toured the Empress Hotel and had high tea there. Very expensive...not as nice as the Adolphus in Dallas. Not even close to the Ritz in London. The Buchart Gardens are not to be missed. We drove to the Pacific Rim...a spectacular drive but slow going and you need to leave early if you do this drive.

Wonderful location in heart of Victorta
Delightful location in the heart of Victoria with superb views of the inner harbour, the adjacent marina with its many boats, floatplanes and water taxis. The illuminating and colorful lights at night add to the spectacular views across the horbour.

Exceeded our Expectations!
This hotel really was in the perfect location for all of the attractions on the waterfront and downtown. We were upgraded when we got there from a partial harbor view to a full harbor view and it was great! We would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Make sure to ask about the city bus routes. They are very inexpensive and go to almost all of the tourist attractions. They are not advertised in any of the visitor centers but the employees will give you the information if you ask.
