Unpretentious Elegance and Friendliness in Upscale Neighborhood
Our family (all well-traveled adults) calls the Sheraton Belgravia our home away from home. Why? The friendly service and home-like atmosphere. The hotel is smallish in the middle of residential Belgravia. The rooms are nice and comfortable but the service is GREAT. We arrived at 8 AM and the Front Desk apologized because our rooms were not ready because of the sold out night before, so they provided us with complementary beverages and snacks in the living room like lobby for the half hour we had to wait (even though check ins are normally much later in most hotels). The lobby became our headquarters every day. The charming restaurant staff would bring us our yummy breakfast and our tea out there with a smile. The hotel staff genuinely cared about our enjoyment and we had no problems with any of our group’s rooms. The only downside was the fact that the night concierge was not knowledgeable. After trying out one of the grand luxe 5-star hotels on Hyde Park and being disappointed, we are sticking with the Sheraton Belgravia for all of our future London stays.

Excellent service, great location
This was our first visit to London and we were very pleased with the hotel accommodations. Although the rooms were smaller than American hotels we found the rooms comfortable and more than adequite. The hotel staff was very pleasant and allowed us to check in eary afer an early morning arrival. We stayed for five days and found that the hotel location afforded us the opportunity to walk to most of the major sites. The hotel is located in a very up-scale area among embassys and high-end boutiques. We felt very safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would surely stay their again.
