Would stay again and again
The Raphael was wonderful. Youre met with smiles at any time day or night. Everyone spoke english and were very courtous even to go out of their way to assist in a fine resturant and assist in flight arrangements. It was a great stay and we would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Excellent location but paying for the view
Stayed for a week, location perfect, room was clean, staff friendly. Only draw back to the hotel was the crazy prices there were charging on their roof terrace for a drink, €14 for a Gin and Tonic! Didnt think I would be expected to buy the view! On the whole great location, eat and drink elsewhere...Breakfast was included in our room cost, but it certainly was not worth €25.
Lovely artisan shops on the streets leading to the Vatican from Campo de Foiri
