Poor service
Upon arrival front desk personnel was very unfriendly. Checked me in and upon arriving at my room went in to find someone was already occupying the room. Staff didn’t seem to care about the inconvience.

Great Stay!
this is our second time we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Harlingen and we have nothing but good things to say. People were extremely friendly. The rooms are comfortable and I recommend it to anyone. We travel to the valley every summer and we used to stay at another hotel near by and hands off, Holiday Inn Express is much better.

Comfort and good value
Hotel with good service. The rooms are clean and confortable. The hot breakfast are good, only need waffles to be complete. Great ubication.
