Needs a lot of TLC
Warm welcome from reception, room very clean and bed very comfortable however the hotel and room just feel very unloved and in need of some TLC. Generally the room was quite pleasant, good lighting, good tea and coffee selections, very comfortable bed but it fell down on little things like no pictures on the walls although faded area where once 2 pictures had resided. The spa bath was out of use and obviously had been like that for a considerable time. Essentially you will get a good night sleep but with no extras!
