What a way to recover from my jet lag!
We arrived very early for check in, but regardless of the situation we were told we could use the spa for as long as it took to get us a room ready. An hour later after a relaxing dip in the pool, jacuzzi, and steam room we were given a room 4 hours before check in! Brilliant staff, both behind the desk, in the spa, and just generally around the hotel. We would definately go back to this hotel, it was the best hotel we have ever stayed in, and we’ve stayed in a lot!
Go and use the spa!, the pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna are a great way to relax if you’ve been hard at work!

Reasonable but not much better than average
We didn’t really spend enough time at this hotel to experience it properly (it has a spa) but it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. There were a few minor issues (shower wasn’t very powerful; dim lighting in room) but not significant enough to cause problems.

never again
The hotel looks 4 star, but the room was compact and the noise! you can hear every foot step and every word of people who walk by ! no fun late at night or early morning. More like a motel.
