Not up to standard
There were problems with getting hot water, not just to our room but to others. A discussion in the corridor between four other people and a senior member of staff was held. One of the other people mentioned the 15 min guarantee to which the staff member said "well juring the refurbishment we are not up to Ibis standard" to which the reply was "well you are charging Ibis prices" We did get moved to another room, I am not sure about the others. However, if this fault was known about and I think it was, why were we put into this room in the first place. Our other room was satisfactory and we enjoyed breakfast
