Charming spot
Always tough to find space during busy collegiate dates, but this was much nicer than the snippy remarks I had read. Very comfortable, quiet, and a great value. Great to have a good breakfast available, but the volume of doughnuts was a but scary... Will stay there again!!

summerhouse inn
the facility was located conveniently to where I had to be, 4 nites 1 nite room not made up, bathroom had dead bugs on floor. and I told fromt desk about that, was supposed to be wireless internet in the room that was not true. Being on the road for business that is very important (they claimed there was a problem,upon asking other guests they said the same thing it appears they do not have wireless) would NOT stay there again

needs improvement
this hotel is not nice, the people are very nice and try to make the stay nice, but hte hotel is run down, dingey, falling apart, the steps are dangerous, an accident waiting to happen, teh door doesn’t close and make a seal, it is not a great hotel.
