Slightly disappointed
Overall, my experience at Hotel ZaZa was great, however once I returned home I noticed two unexpected charges on my credit card for using the mini-fridge in our room. I immediately called the hotel to find out why I was being charged for items that I did not use but they kept putting me on the billing person’s voicemail. After 3 or 4 unreturned phone calls I finally spoke with someone and the charges were dropped. I was really disappointed with the staff’s overall attitude and lack of eagerness to help me, especially after I had already spent a fortune at their hotel.

ZaZa is the best!
What a great place to stay! Certainly Houstons top hotel for friendly service and comfort. We stayed at the same time as a number of VIPs - U2 were on at the 90,000 seater Reliant Stadium - wow what a show. Despite being under some pressure and with additional security the service was incredibly "personal" and friendly - the concierge even remembered us and asked us how we enjoyed U2. All boutique hotels could learn from Hotel ZaZa.
