Great location shame about the room
The room was showing a fair bit of wear and tear and certainly needs a facelift, broken toilet seat, broken wardrobe door, blocked kitchen sink. It was quite warm whilst we were in London so the stuffy bathroom and kitchen didn’t help as there was no window to either of these rooms and of course no air-conditioning

Rather shabby apartments
I was very disappointed with the Citadines. It looks really nice from the outside but our apartment was really shabby - the cheap sofa’s cushions were worn through and the room was poorly furnished. The bathroom was tiny and neither the bathroom nor the bedroom had any window at all, making it very claustrophibic. The miniature dishwasher did not work.

Shabby
Great location. Hotel needs renovation. Everything was shabby. And of course, no air conditioning on a very busy street - had to keep windows open - awful stay. Can not recommend.
