Great room, outstanding breakfast
Really enjoyed my one night stay at the Towneplace suites. Right across the street from the SUNY campus, and convenient to all major highways. Very clean. Good price and a great value.

Nice for families - but don’t get the Studio
The staff at the front desk where great - very friendly. The gentleman working the breakfast was a bit grumpy - but it gets hot and crowded in there so I can understand. The pool is small, outside, and not heated - but the kids loved it. The Studio was too small for a family of 4 - when you pull out the sofa bed it bumps up on the bed and there is no way to walk around the room. Overall, I would stay here again but not in a Studio.

Great Room For The Money
I have stayed at this hotel on previous occassion and was extremely satisfied with my stay. The hotel staff are courteous and extremely helpful. The only problem I encountered when I checked in at 6:30 pm was my room was not ready. On the second day my room was not made until after 5:30 pm due to shortage of housing staff. Otherwise, the hotel is comfortable and I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with living area and kitchen which was very adequate. I highly recommend this hotel!
