Nice hotel
Personnel extremely nice and friendly, nice location, small breakfast included. The room was very cold and extra blankets were not available (we stayed there early november).

Best bet for your money in Santa Barbara!
Only 1 block from the beach and the Santa Barbara Zoo. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, excellent amenities, very cute little court yard and intimate in size. The Continental breakfast was superb, excellent coffee and pastries to choose from. Best of all though was the service and the friendly staff. Felt right at home and will make it my main place of stay when in Santa Barbara.

Graet location
Stayed for 3 nights. Excellent situation, although looks grubby on the outside. Welcoming staff. Good size rooms if a little dark. Superb breakfast buffet foc. S B a little disappointing. We prefer SLO as a better stopover on the SF to LA route
