All needs meet
Hotel accomodations and staff were pleasant. The shows were great as was the hotel staff. Staff was very accomodating, charming and helpful with advice about info to get to Playa del Carmen downtown.

Dont Bother Staying Here
We were so unhappy with this hotel we checked out the next day. Don’t bother paying for an upgrade, there is no such thing at this hotel. We had a lizard in our room, it was actually cooler outside than it was inside the room. No place to put our clothes...The food was not good, nor were the drinks. Rooms are very small, and the walls are paper thin. Not at all what we thought we were getting. Dont be fooled by the pictures.
