great hotel but concerned about service
unfortunately our holiday was delayed by 24 hours due to the flight not being able to leave thanks to technical faults. I had booked the hotel independently and had paid in full about 2 months prior to arrival. When finally arrived at the hotel, found out that as we had arrived 24 hours late - they had cancelled our paid for rooms!!! To our luck the rooms were reinstated but the receptionist gave just quite a lot of jip about the fact that we should have rung teh hotel to advise them - I mkust say this was not appreciated and was impossible to do anyway when we were sat waiting in the airport at Bristol for over8 hours until being told we weren’t going anywhere, plus I didn’t have a telephone number for the hotel on any of my booking information anyway. Once checked in hotel was excellent, although I have to say that the conceirge in her enthusiasim messed up our shuttle transfer and booked it for 2 rather than 4 and the bellboy staff were totally disinterested - didn’t even try to earn a tip - just stood around chatting.

Hotel room
The only nice thing about this hotel was the location. We could hear people in the room on the opposite side of the hallway from ours, not to mention everytime someone walked down the hall. Very very disappointing. I would never stay here again.
