I cannot recommend this hotel
This is one of the dreariest hotels I have ever stayed in. It is a 30 minute walk from the station and a 20 minute walk from Sitges town centre, no major problem in good weather but a disaster when wet (taxis cost up to €8 into town. The good news about the TVs in the rooms is that there are 43 channels to watch, the bad news is that all of them are either in Catalan or Spanish!!!!! There are no facilities to talk of apart from one tiny bar and a TV in the very sparsely furnished "lounge" next to reception. WiFi is good in the public areas but intermittent in the rooms, at least it is free. Decor is somewhat tired and dated but the outdoor pool area is fine. The only real plus was that I found the staff charming and very helpful.
Sitges is a very expensive town to eat and drink in, catch the train to Barcelona (€2.80), it is a lot cheaper to eat there!

Convenient airport stop over
We were on our way to Reus Airport at the end of March and stayed here with friends who had been a number of times previously. The hotel was quiet probably because it was out of season. Our room was comfortable enough and conveniently located on the first floor. The complimentary tea and coffee service in reception could have been better and we had to ask for more cups. We had planned to walk into the centre of Sitges for a meal at night but it’s a fair distance and it was raining heavily so we drove most of the way.

Good value and well positioned
As suggested by other reviewers a little bit of TLC wouldn’t go amiss, there was a little cracked plaster and a stained ceiling but otherwise was comfortable and very clean. Hotel staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right on the beach at the quiet end of the promenade so you’ve a 15 minute walk to the bars and restaurants and a good 20 minute walk to the station, on the plus side this does mean you won’t be kept awake at night. There are regular trains in to Barcelona although they can be crowded and slow, takes about 35-45 minutes which would be a bit of a drag if you plan to spend most of your time in Barcelona.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
In Barcelona it’s MUCH cheaper to buy a Metro ticket for 10 journeys than to buy singles.
