The Black Swan Inn is a family run Yorkshire country pub on its third generation of landlord in the same family. The accommodation is a newly built annexe of 8 purpose built, superbly appointed bedrooms. The pub and dining room has an extensive menu serving traditional bar food alongside our Chefs recommendations which changes regularly and has a variety of cuisines. Thursday night is steak night serving locally sourced steaks and more unusual exotic meats such as Ostrich and Kangaroo steaks. Friday is our fish night where our recommendation board is filled with a variety of seafood from here or around the world. The Pub and bedrooms boasts 40 mile views up the Vale of York. Situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales the Black Swan Inn is a perfect base to explore local towns and villages, or to simply relax and do nothing!
