Great expectations
Unexpected friendly service by every member of staff. Every request was immediately addressed for myself and fellow guests. Each time they went above and beyond expectations.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. What I liked most was that it was just blocks away from the beach and shopping. One thing I didn’t like is that there were no vending machines with snacks. Since I don’t drink, I really didn’t feel like going to the bar to get a snack after room service closed for the night.There was a vending machine on the second floor, but all that was there were cold drinks. However, I found it to be clean and comfortable.

Best sound proof hotel I ever stayed
Great location. Close to 3rd St Promenade, Main Street and the beach (about 3 blocks each direction). I rarely sleep well when travelling but I did on this trip. The bed was very comfortable and we couldn’t hear any outside noise. It was unbelievable! I would definetely stay there again. It is a little dated with the popcorn ceiling and furniture but clean and comfy.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
It is about a 20-30 minute walk to Venice beach. Go to 3rd Street Promenade in the evening and you will see wonderful street shows. Very entertaining. I love to go to places where you can walk everywhere and you don’t need a car.
