An exceptional hotel; just a little inflexible
The hotel is gorgeous. The location is fantastic. I had reserved an executive room, and they upgraded me to a junior suite. The room, the linens, the amenities are all exceptional, and I’m picky about hotels! On the downside, I had to push my original booking out a week. In spite of the fact that I was rebooking, they still charged me a night’s penalty. I guess just because they could. And the chromo-therapy lights in the tub weren’t working. Not a big deal, but I was excited to try it and disappointed when I realized they were broken. But overall, I would be happy to stay here again!

Great hotel in Milan- perfect location!
This hotel has a fantastic location in Milan. Located right behind the Duomo, it is within walking distance to all of the major attractions. We would definately stay here again!

great hotel ,for business and walk from the Domo , it need more attentions dinning room and resto .
