I like W
W has the best ambient atmosphere, greatest inhabitants and the best equipped rooms. It’s classy, smells funny (that smell makes you want to come back), it’s elevators have stereo images embedded so you want to ride all the time. XYZ and bar are awesome, WHATEVER WHENEVER service is flawless. PS Don’t stay on the top floor if you don’t want to be annoyed by elevators.

Great Hotel but one issue...
The only gripe was that I signed up for a King size bed and got two twin beds.

Friendly, comfortable hotel in a great location
My room was beautiful and very comfortable. There was a buddha in the room that kept changing colors, which was fun. I felt the staff at the restaurant as well as the bar were all very friendly. The consierge was helpful but there were a few times I could find him. Other than that, I really have no complaints. Excellent.
