Great hotel
Loved the place. Room was small, but very clean. The front desk staff was great. Especially liked the free use of their computer with internet, free DVD rental, excellent breakfast, and pool. Highly recommend to others.
Took the Ice Caves tour. Just be aware that the 700 steps are as difficult as they say in the brochure. Great tour if you are in shape!

Good location, pretty, clean place
Pros: great location, pretty place, yummy breakfast, clean, large rooms Cons: a little loud with windows open, but closed windows make the room silent. Bed very hard. Steps in our building, though not a huge deal and staff will take up your luggage. Blow dryer is very awkward and harsh (not as if that’s a huge deal)

Great for family
The suite was very spacious. With one large bath and one smaller (but not too small at all) bath, we (family of 4) stayed really comfortably. And breakfast and afternoon tea/coffee with small cakes were free. If you don’t mind climbing stairs to the 5th floor (Austrian 4th floor is actually 5th floor, and there is no elevator), this place is perfect.
