Worst Hyatt Ever!
The check in process was weird and inpersonal. You use a machine to check in. It spits out your key and and a piece of paper telling you your room number. There were two machines but only one was working. The room was a dump. Ugly, dusty wall moldings from 20 years ago. The bathroom was dirty and outdated. The tub had an indentation in the bottom (where people stand while taking a shower) that collected a pool of water. I found trash behind the couch. Looked like the furniture is never moved to vacuum and clean underneath. It rained that night and the dish TV kept going in and out. The A/C did not work properly. Eventually go so hot that I had to turn the A/C off and turn on the fan. The windows do not open. The wind howled though the window A/C. Check out was difficult as the TV check out did not work, the phone express check out was full and not accepting any more check outs that day. I had to go downstairs and see the "hostess" to check out.

very clean and modern with helpful staff. next door to rosemont theatre. was able to walk over

i enjoyed the staff, refreshing to have everyone there really cared about my stay there and my comfort. i would recommend to anyone.thanks to everyone there during my stay!
