OK but not great
The hotel is OK, but not great. The staff was helpful and courteous. The price was OK for the Oct/Nov season when I was there. The place is clean, the rooms are somewhat small, the beds are small and narrow (typical of non-US hotels). The bathroom was tight, ie: doors that can not fully open, showers that are narrow, etc. They did have free internet access when it worked. It was out of commission for a few days. The hotel was not able to get the phone company to make it work (not the hotels fault) and on just one day there was no water for a while (again, not the hotels fault), when the water came on again, it was brown.... parking is a bit of an issue at times.......Last criticism is that the hotel charges you 10% additional on the bill if you use a credit card.....the pool, hot tub, bar and grounds were actually very nice.......I would stay there again.......
