Stay away!!
This is the worst motel--NOT HOTEL-- I have ever stayed at. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke, desk help was very scary, their breakfast looked like it has been there for weeks, we were the ONLY ones staying there...tells ya something. Oh and the "hide-a-bed" mattress was not sleepable. There was NO padding at all and you could see the springs sticking out. Terrible experience. The pictures on the website is not really what you get. STAY AWAY! I really can’t believe they are being allowed to stay open and not sure why Expedia would want to do business for them.

The bad of Crystal Suites
Our room had only two lights with light bulbs in them. There was a dead cockroach on the floor and they left it when they cleaned. The hotel seemed to cater to unsavory characters. It felt unsafe to walk outside after dark.
