good for those on a budget
Conveniently located on harbor. Older hotel showing some age. Room size was great. Parking area under construction made for limited parking.

Prince of Whales tour was awesome. Capt. Sean and Scott were fantastic guides.

Great location and comfy beds
Great location and helpful staff to find nearby places. We were especially pleased with efforts to go green, the firmness of our mattresses, the comfort of the down pillows and duvets. Our only complaint would have been the "fishy" smell in 2 of the 3 elevators. Not sure if they needed their carpets replaced or ??
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Pleasantly surprised to find a cabinet with cutlery, plates, electric teakettle and coaster to allow us to spend more of our money on other than breakfast. Save up for the larger meals.

OK Hotel, nice staff
Room was clean but old and dated. TV needed to be updated, it only went to channel 99, but several channels in the guide were 100+. The bed was worn out and had a big dip in it. The elevators were terrible and small, trying to check out was a nightmare, every elevator was full and ended up using the stairs with luggage. Expected more for the price paid. Staff was very nice, they removed a restaurant charge that was billed to my room in error with no question.

In a nice location for Victoria, but lots of other hotels in the immediate area looked nicer and updated.
