Did not meet my expectations for Deluxe
I have stayed at both regular extended stay and the deluxe - actually the regular was better.

Needs major improvements....especially with staff!!
The staff were not dressed professionally and seemed to have just rolled out of bed and came to work. One staff member was sleeping on the couch in commons area in the morning. Our room was cleaned fairly well, but the recliner was broken and one arm was about to fall off. For what we paid for this hotel, it’s not worth it! I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
