Great stay! Would definitely go back.
My girlfriend and I had a great time at this hotel. It is right on the beach and every room has a balcony with an ocean front view. The staff is all friendly and helpful. The free breakfast every morning was great. A full spread of hot and cold foods. Something different each day. The people who work the breakfast are so nice and friendly. A very pleasant experience. The only issue was the internet did not work in our room, but the staff immediately offered to switch us to another room. Highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable
Hotels along Atlantic Avenue can be somewhat shady and I didn’t know what to expect out of the Hampton Inn but I was pleasantly suprised by how clean and big the room was and how well maintained the building was. Breakfast was good and we had friendly staff (especially in the breakfast area). Pool is somewhat small but fit our needs. Overall, a nice, clean, comfortable hotel.

Bummed
Hampton Inn has a north and south front hotel. I believed I booked a room for the north front however I ended up at the south. The north front is a newer hotel and I was looking foward to staying there again. I was not impressed with the front desk staff. They did not seem to want to help us with checking in when we arrived or any of our questions throughout our stay. Apparently there was a Vans concert tour going on the same weekend and I felt that the staff seemed preoccupied with that instead of trying to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will stay at the Hampton Inn again, however I will make sure I end up at the north hotel.
