Good Location
The location of this hotel at this price point makes it a great choice in my opinion. It was about a 5 min walk to Central station and the Lan Kwai Fong bar/restaurant area. Around 10 min walk to Victoria Peak Tram. The hotel seems to be put together IKEA style and our room wasn’t spotless, but it completely served our needs.

Great alternative to hotel
This is a service apartment; the service is essentially the same as a hotel’s. I love the place and will definitely consider staying here again. The location is great for me. It is just 5 min walk from Central MTR (subway) station. It is easy to get taxi right out of the apartment complex. They gave me a complimentary upgrade. The room is bigger than a typical hotel room for the price range. It came with a kitchenette and a work desk. They provide L’Occitane’s toiletries, a great plus. Broadband Internet worked great. The room has its own direct phone number. It could be a turn off for folks that don’t want to walk stairs as it is away from the Mid-level escalator and further up from Lan Kwai Fong. The stairs are quite steep and long. No housekeeping on Sundays or public holidays, which is okay for me. The entrance is a bit hidden; many taxi drivers tend to miss it. Tell them to drop you off right after they pass the FCC building, at the beginning of Ice House Street. Don’t walk down hill; you will be sorry to walk back up with your luggage.

Not Bad
Great location and amenities,the staff was helpful. The room was unexpectedly large and lovely,considering this is HK.However, there is continuous air conditioner noise(13 floor)which was little bit disturbing. Overall, it was a good experience to stay in this hotel,expecially for couples and who wish to DIY their food.
