Great location but...
The Westin Grand is in a great spot - near to lots of sights and the great public transport system. We had a few reservations about the hotel itself tho - our rooms were very hot and the beds (the smallest double my husband and I have ever shared) covered in the thickest duvets possible - sounds cosy but its not! The concierge was dismissive and the pool v cold. The only member of staff who smiled at all during our 5 day stay was the lovely check in lady - everyone else looked like theyd sucked a lemon. Room service knocked on our door at 8.15am (7.15am UK) and woke us up - remember to put the Do not disturb signs out every night! Everything at the hotel is expensive but, of course, not helped by the terrible Euro/Stg rate at the moment. Cafes in the local area are wonderful - not cheap but better value than the hotel.

Good Hotel
The hotel was quite nice but not 5 stars as rated. Had some difficulty getting to get help from the concierge....always busy, and only one person.
