Can’t reccomend
Nice place at first glance. Room service trays outside the door next door for more than 24 hours. called front desk and nobody came and cleaned it up until the next day. Although maids and hotel staff walked past it many times. If you want a beach. Stay somewhere else. Pool is not very nice. 40 dollar cab ride to coronado island. left after two days to stay downtown where the action is. charged me 10 dollars to use the rusty fitness center. Sorry.....I’m not a complaining type of person but I just had too leave this.

Enjoyed the view
The hotel is located on Shelter Island and is surrounded by San Diego Bay. All the boats and marina activities were interesting and fun to watch.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Kona Kai Restaurant was a little too pricey for our group’s tastes. Many other places nearby to enjoy.
