Great for families
While this is a large hotel with a dizzying amount of activity, there were no complaints other than the lobby could have been a bit better "monitored" by hotel staff for non hotel related traffic. My friend who was meeting us in the hotel lobby was targeted as a potential sympathetic patron for someone trying to beg a "quick purchase of luggage to fund a trip home for someone who’d lost their wallet".. Yeah , right. There seemed to be so many hotel staff in the lobby that someone could have been assigned to keep an eye open for this sort of stuff.
Canadian immigration will want to see notarized letter from other parent or i don’t know what in the case of single parents if they see an adult travelling alone with children to ensure the children are not missing children.

Friendly/ accessible/recomended/will be back
What a joy ice machines on every floor! Means my white wine was always cool. Don’t get that in England. No children myself as such but went to view whats on offer.Interested as thinking of grand kids next year. Love the swim pool!!! Like that for me. My mate and I enjoyed some time in the hot tub> GREAT only people there. wonderful view. Where is every one when this is on offer? Security great. valuables left in secure store and easily accessible any time of day or night. Many, many , thanks to our room attendant. She done a great job. sorry forgot her name because we never saw her only her work!! Took some organisation to make coffee for me and tea for my mate in the morning but we overcome as we Brits do.

"great location, cant wiait to go back"
the hotel was smack right downtown. my wife and i walked from the hotel to chinatown. We had dinner at the cn tower and shopped at the eaton mall which is just 10 min. leisurely walk from the hotel. The hotel staff were extremely helpful in giving you tips where to go. Food was a little bit pricey but what the heck - your on vacation!!!!
