One of best hotels I ever stayed in. Great service, sumptuous room, linens, location and views.

Will stay next time
Everything was perfect, the food was good but expensive. The location was good. We did not get the kingsize bed we ordered instead it was a single and a double and the hotel was nothing like full but as it was our last day we didn’t complain as it wasnearly the best hotel we had been to in four weeks

We had lunch on the esplanade whilst waiting for the Plymouth ferry,plenty of reasonable places to eat

get what u pay for
very impressive hotel. there are some rough edges but geernally everyhting is tip top as you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. good location if you don’t mind walking as you’re 20 min walk to santander centre and 5 min walk to a variety of beaches. gym is free but spa costs. however, at that time, day spa use is thrown in if you have a treatment. overall very worth it
