Better off Staying out of Sunset Blvd
Stayed at this hotel and expected what I paid for. I paid above one hundred twenty for a night (Stayed 2) but as soon as I entered the room, I was immediately disappointed. The room was Way too small for a king size bed and it was pretty muggy inside the room. It took my girlfriend and I a good half hour to try to figure out the A/C since it was nothing like we have seen in other hotels (even cheaper hotels). We called the front desk to have someone come in and set it up for us but they did not show up. We finally figured it out and I called the front desk to not send anyone anymore and the lady was surprised that no one had showed up. You can hear every time the people above us walked because their floor (our ceiling) would squeak. Definitely not satisfied at all and like I said, we could have been better off staying at a cheaper hotel off Sunset blvd.

Reasonable price close to transport and hollywood sites
Comfy enough had a room down back so was quite. Right next door to In and Out ,some people might think that in itself was pretty good .First hotel we stayed in USA so we thought breakfast was a bit ordinary but after 5 weeks of staying in various rated hotels it was not too bad. And yes I would stay again.

OK hotel for the price
The hotel was near all the attractions and was very clean. Staff was friendly and breakfast OK. The only thing is that the walls are very thin, so you can hear everything from your neigbours (also upstairs). Luckily we had very quiet neighbours, but coughing and walking in the room you can hear very loudly. But further on, we had a good sleep, good beds, so for us not a big problem.
