Great value but beware of . . .
This was not exactly what was expected. It is a group of apartments in a private apartment comlex owned by one individual who rents them out. When we arrived, the concierge was not very friendly and didn’t know (or didn’t care)about our rooms. We finally got him to contact the owner and from then on things were good. We were early and the apartment was still occupied so the owner found us a place to store our luggage so we could explore the area for a few hours. We had expected a two bedroom apartment but all that he had were two one bedroom flats on different floors. Since I was traveling with my wife and four children, this presented a bit of a challenge but worked out fine in the end. The location was great, right across the Thames from parliment and there were several good restaurants in the area. There is also a small store in the building for groceries. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and the owner was very helpful and friendly once we found him. I would definitely use them again in the future.
