Staff not prepared
I recently had the experience of spending 3 nights at this boutique hotel in Buenos Aires. Unfortunately being built next door and across the street on which forces you to leave the room early in the morning. The other problem is that staff is not prepared to receive complaints. They had learned response for everything and clearly a bad response. Instead of welcoming the customer the trouble that finally gave a response aggravated the offense. Not recomended by the service.

Very modern and confortable hotel...
This hotel was great, great location and staff, and everything was very new and modern. Great decoration and I must mention the bed, it was huge! Bigger than a regular king bed! The noise level (dog barking at night and some construction) could improve, but I guess that’s nothing they can control.

The Palermo area is very hip for nightlife and dining, you’ll be in the middle of it all.
