Passable
The best part about this place is that it is within a half mile of the Riverwalk and Alamo. The motel was slightly overpriced based on the building’s age and condition of the room. The bathroom toilet had not been pre-scrubbed, the drop ceiling above the shower was falling and the room had an odor, especially of cigarettes. That surprised me since it was a non-smoking room. Still, the location close to the touristy areas make it passable.

Good for the price
Ok, the hotel was very cheap looking, and not the cleanest. But, the price was right for that. Walking distance to Alamo and Riverwalk, nice downtown views.

Great for the money
It was clean, but ice machine near front wasn’t working, and vending machine was not either. Disappointing after a long day. Location wasn’t too bad. The walk to the River Walk was about five blocks, and good for a nice day. Definitely not the Marriot, but not the price of the Marriott either. Good value for those who simple need an economical place to stay that is clean.
